We were founded in 2014 to provide BPO, Digital and Facility Management Services to the Group and its family of companies. Originally called MDC BMS, we rebranded in 2023 to Solutions Plus.
Now almost ten years old, we’ve grown to a team of over 300 people with a number of suppliers and partners across 15 sites.
Most of all, we’ve established an incredible track record of delivering real value across sectors ranging from Aerospace, Defence & Security, Healthcare, Energy, Utilities & Mining to ICT and Real Estate.

Over the years, Mubadala has supported the creation of national champions which contribute to the UAE’s strategy for economic diversification. As our Founding Father said: “We must not rely on oil alone as the main source of our national income. We have to diversify the sources of our revenue and construct economic projects that will ensure a free, stable and dignified life for the people.”
Solutions+ is a representation of these words. The company was launched with the singular objective of taking over Mubadala’s back-office functions (IT, human resources, facilities management, procurement, and finance). We are now expanding our portfolio of non-Mubadala clients.
We aim to become the UAE’s leading strategic shared services consultancy. By unlocking the potential of shared services, we will support the UAE’s ambitions.
We are broadening our offerings and will continue to serve as a trusted partner for an expanded client base. The first step is our expansion into the sports and entertainment space. The ownership of Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company (ADEC) has been transferred to Solutions+. We are also in the process of setting up a sustainability services practice to complement existing services. The policy framework for this will be shared soon.
