We are committed to maintaining essential services at predefined levels, considering major continuity risks. This commitment shall be achieved through the development, implementation, exercise, monitoring, review, and continuous improvement of an organization-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000:2021 and ISO 22301:2019 standards.

BCM Objectives

1. Service Continuity: To ensure the continuity of the services provided to external stakeholders at a predefined acceptable level.
2. Response Planning: To support the development, update, and implementation of the Business Continuity Plans for all identified critical business processes.
3. Compliance: To ensure legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements impacting business continuity are identified and monitored for compliance.
4. Awareness: You are entitled to have your information corrected if it’s inaccurate or incomplete.
5. Testing To ensure the testing of the Business Continuity Plans as per the defined frequency and implement the actions based on the test results.
6. Continual Improvement: To ensure an audit and continual improvement framework in place to assess the effectiveness of the BCM program.
